Roommate to rent apartment (Downey)

Thanks for checking out this post, hope the year has been treating you well! I’m a 33yo male, registered nurse, looking for a roommate to rent an apartment in Downey area before March 2024.
I’m interested in a two bedroom-two bathroom unit one year lease.
I currently have no pets and prefer someone with no pets mainly to keep rental price down but, I am willing to reconsider small pets—no roommate couples.
A bit about myself, I’m a Hispanic Los Angeles native and a foodie.
I’m a tidy person.
I don’t smoke and will have a drink on special occasions.
