Non smoker/drinker.
Squeaky clean background, drama free, no overnight guests & I'm also a GREAT cook! However, I don't have to have kitchen privileges as long as I can have my mini-fridge & microwave in the room
About my doggie
He's a recovering squirrel chaser, loves to play fetch & will share his toys with you if you give him a treat, lol.
We are looking for a peaceful environment, no drama, just someone who would appreciate an awesome tenant who is gainfully employed outside of the home & always pays her $850 rent BEFORE it's due.
