Dependable Tenant for Private Bedroom (Westside)

Hi, I'm looking to rent a private bedroom in the Westside area.
I'm a 37 year old male working full time.
I currently live in the valley and am just wanting to get closer to the beach and the center of LA.
I'm considerate and easy going.
I'd prefer a private bathroom and entrance but I'm also open to sharing space with like minded roommates.
