I work full time for Target in Granada Hills so anything close to that area would be great.
I’m in my late 30s, and I’m a good roommate! I pay my rent, I don’t bring the party home, I don’t smoke much and if I do I make sure to smoke cigarettes away from the house.
I clean up after myself and mostly I’m a pretty quiet guy at home.
I respect privacy and your right to get enough sleep! Kitchen access is a must, but again, I always clean up after myself.
I love cats and dogs! In my spare time I hit the gym, read, and do a little bit of writing.
My budget is 800 a month, max, including utilities.
I know it’s not a huge budget but it’s all I can afford.
