Looking for a roommate to get a 2bd/2ba apart. 1year lease (Torrance)

Looking for a Roommate (Torrance) Hello, I am a 49 year old christian asian-american engineer and looking to rent a 2bed/2bath with someone to split and reduce living costs.
It should have an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher as I don't want to come down and up stairs or to the laundry mat to do laundry twice a week.
We would both get our own private bath.
My budget target is $1500 for the lease and I guess another $150 each for internet and utilities.
Obviously, if we can find one for less that would be good.
My target date is a Jan.
15th to 30th 2024 to rent a place.
My preference is someone who not a slob but laid-back and will have a minimum amount of overnight guests, an average of one weekend a month for example.
Also, a max of about 20minute commute to 205th street and Western ave.
as that is where I work.
If interested let me know and perhaps we can apply for an apartment together.
I am currently renting a room but it's not comfortable, really need a place with in unit washer/dryer.
Single person preferred.
