Offering Seniors household help, driving, overnight security exchange (Santa Monica/Long Beach)

Hello, I am seeking room and board, In exchange for helping you with 10 hours a week of light cooking/clean up, light cleaning, errands, driving, overnight security and availability for emergencies.
I am 68, so an elderly woman that needs a little help would probably be the best fit.
(This is what health agencies call a companion, rather than any hands-on help or medical care.
