Handyman work exchange for room (Beverly Hills)

I’m a 37 year old Handyman and Fitness Coach with a hobby career as an actor/model.
Looking for a work exchange living situation.
I have done renovations, entire home buildouts, and rental property turnovers for 20 years.
My largest projects were a couple of $30M homes in Santa Monica.
I am open to a Houseman/Homeowner agreement or simply a tenant work exchange.
I have a small dog and a work van.
The dog is a blue heeler sheepdog that won’t get more than 20 lbs full grown.
Currently about 5lbs.
