Engineer Looking For Room (Santa Clarita)

Hi! I've got a new job starting in a couple of weeks in Santa Clarita at Woodward HRT as Design Engineer.
I will be 60 soon! I am mature, responsible, athletic person and I have been living in the city of Richmond for about 5 years, where I previously worked for Lawrence Berkeley Labs for 3 years and Fitness Trainer for about 2 years.
If you have an open room nearby Woodward HRT I am interested in renting and I appreciate your response very much.
