30 yr old female looking for a room for rent !!

Hello, my name is Brianna I’m a 30 yr old female looking for a private room for rent.
I have a full time job and a part time job I also take classes 3 nights out of the week so I will rarely be home.
I am clean, Trustworthy and sober.
I’m currently in South LA but willing to relocate to any surrounding areas like South Gate, Downey, Commerce, Boyle heights.
Preferably somewhere with parking or plenty of street parking but I know that’s a long shot but it’s worth a try.
Must have kitchen access.
Like I said I am very clean so cleaning up after my self would never be an issue.
(( I am NOT looking to date or FWB none of that strictly renting a room please don’t ask.
