The firm manages many apartment buildings in the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas.
QUALIFICATIONS:
We are interviewing for part-time and full-time resident apartment managers.
The managers are required to live in the apartment building and work fifteen to forty hours a week depending on operational requirements.
Applicants must be able to work predetermined posted hours.
There is no flexibility on office hours and some after-office-hour duties are required i.

showing apartments, working with vendors, cleaning, minor repairs and errands.
The managed properties are in the range of 20 to 60 unit apartment buildings.
Must know Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have previous apartment management experience.
Duties include and are not limited to renting apartments, Move-in and Move-Out processes, collections, office work, tenant relations, retention, daily up-keep, and hands-on property maintenance.
All candidates must be organized, enjoy working with people and have own maintenance tools.
Compensation is based on experience.
