As an Onsite Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in ourleasing team.
Your primary responsibilities will include showing apartments to prospective tenants, conducting follow-ups.
You will be the face of our property, creating a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and residents.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*
- \*\*Apartment Tours:\*\* Conduct tours of available apartments, showcasing the features and amenities of each unit to prospective tenants.
- \*\*Prospective Tenant Engagement:\*\* Build rapport and relationships with prospective tenants, addressing their questions and concerns to assist them in making informed decisions.
- \*\*Follow-Ups:\*\* Stay in touch with prospective tenants and provide timely follow-ups to answer questions, provide additional information, and encourage them to lease with us.
- \*\*Property Knowledge:\*\* Stay up-to-date on the property's features, amenities, and available units to provide accurate information to prospects.
- \*\*Market Knowledge:\*\* Stay informed about the local real estate market and competitive properties.
- \*\*Administrative Tasks:\*\* Complete leasing paperwork, perform data entry, and assist in maintaining organized records.
\*\*Qualifications:\*\*
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and customer service experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
