We are seeking a Real Estate Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing commercial real estate team.
This position requires someone who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of the commercial real estate business.
This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams.

Compensation:
$85,000 - $130,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service
Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations
Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients
Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical data
Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision
Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market prices to clients

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and negotiating skills
