We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our team! As the Property Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of life for our residents and the overall success of our property.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong organizational and communication skills, excellent sales ability, problem-solving skills, and a professional, confident, and friendly attitude.
You must also be dedicated to always striving for excellence and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will work to achieve the property’s financial goals through diligent collection of rents and other receipts, constant monitoring and analysis of market conditions, and implementation and enforcement of management company policies.
You will also be responsible for maintaining careful records and preparing financial and operations reports.
As the Property Manager, you will also be responsible for enhancing the property's curb appeal, proper maintenance, and fostering good resident relations by focusing on the complete resident move-in experience.
In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring resident safety and upgrading security and safety procedures, as well as attending to resident requests and/or emergency needs in a timely and cordial manner.
The successful candidate will be proficient in the California Civil Code and have experience with building leases, rules & regulations, building and fire safety codes, landlord-tenant law, and fair housing laws, and ADA.
In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000.
00 - $75,000.
00 per year, along with dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
Commission pay and bonuses are available.
