*Role Overview:*
We are seeking a driven and energetic Acquisitions Sales Rep to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and real estate, looking to leverage their skills in a high-reward, commission-based position.
As an Acquisition Representative, you will be at the forefront of our operations, connecting with realtors to source off-market properties.
The successful candidate will focus on securing properties under contract, after which our dispositions team will take over to finalize the sale and closing.
*Responsibilities:*
* Engage in cold calling to build and maintain relationships with realtors, aiming to source off-market fixer properties.
* Use our CRM system to add realtors for automated follow-up, ensuring a robust pipeline of contacts and leads.
* Collect and manage leads provided by realtors, entering all pertinent details into the CRM.
* Assess the viability of leads by evaluating factors such as the seller’s motivation, property condition, pricing expectations, and sale timeline.
* Execute persistent follow-up strategies with realtors to push potential deals forward.
* Prepare and negotiate offers to secure contracts under terms favorable to both the seller and our company.
* Manage all documentation and communications up to the point of contract, ensuring a smooth transition to the dispositions team.
