On- Site Resident Manager (Echo Park)

Property Management Company is currently seeking a candidate for an on-site resident manager position for a 55-unit building located in the Echo Park area.
This position requires the candidate to live on-site.
Responsibilities: Management of the apartment building Oversee jobs performed by maintenance personnel.
Rent collection, accounting, and associated bookkeeping.
Service of Notices to Tenants, including Eviction notices & attendance to any judicial process Coordinate and oversee vendors at the building.
Act as liaison between tenants and Property Management Company Leasing, and processing of potential tenant applications Responsible for apartment tours Responsible for tenant walk-through and tenant move-out process.
Monitor, ensure, and enforce all house compliance rules.
Exercise discretion and independent judgment as necessary Responsible for building upkeep Required attendance at standard corporate meetings and training Basic knowledge and access to e-mail programs Any other duties which may be requested by the owner or by the management company as the need arises.
Ability to handle multiple tasks promptly.
