Resident Manager - 24 Units (Los Angeles)

On site resident manager position available at a 24 unit apartment building near Korea Town.
The apartment building is three floors with subterranean gated parking and on-site laundry.
The start date is in approximately one month, however there is some flexibility.
Your job duties would include: -Renting vacant units -Collecting and depositing rent checks -Light cleaning -Light landscaping/watering -Record keeping -Repairs and maintenance -Supervising vendors -Purchasing supplies at the hardware/paint stores Do you have your own tools? Do you have working transportation? Can you use an iPhone (photos, texts, emails)? Can you change a smoke detector? Can you change a sprinkler head? Can you re-key a lock? Can you change a toilet flapper? Can you change a window screen? Do you you have a computer with a printer? Compensation includes a one bedroom apartment plus salary.
Previous experience a must.
