As a Realtor at Cher, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients, especially first time home buyers, with their real estate needs.
We are a forward-thinking brokerage that offers competitive 90/10 splits, financing options for a wide range of properties including co-borrowed, manufactured, mobile, tiny, and pre-fabricated homes.
Additionally, we provide dedicated transaction coordinators, in-house social media, and website marketing teams to support your success.
Responsibilities(just standard Realtor stuff):
* Client Consultation and Acquisition: Quickly engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and goals.
Educate clients on available financing options and guide them through the home buying or selling process.
* Property Marketing: Utilize the resources of our in-house marketing teams to effectively market listings through social media channels, website platforms, and other marketing strategies.
* Property Research and Evaluation: Conduct thorough market research to identify properties that meet client criteria.
Evaluate properties based on factors such as location, price, and condition.
* Negotiation: Negotiate purchase agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients.
Advocate for clients' best interests to achieve favorable outcomes.
* Transaction Management: Work closely with transaction coordinators to ensure smooth and efficient transactions from contract to closing.
Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other parties involved in the transaction process.
* Continuing Education: Stay informed about market trends, financing options, and real estate regulations in California.
Participate in training sessions and continuing education programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
* Active California real estate license.
* Proven track record of success in real estate sales, we are looking for quality vs quantity.
