Job Summary: The Regional Supervisor demonstrates excellent Leadership, and proactively manages their team with accountability.
Reports To: Regional Portfolio Manager
Position Type: Exempt
Location: Los Angeles and possibly into Inland Empire Area
Essential Functions:
· Walk the properties assigned
· Comply with daily, weekly, and monthly team deadlines.
· Main point of contact for our property owners and property managers
· Supervise a portfolio of multi-family Affordable properties in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
· Assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management.
· Accountable for monthly budgeting and reviewing financials.
· Accountable for maintaining the physical asset + performance of assigned properties.
· Directly Supervise employees to ensure timely completion of projects, rent collections, timesheets, etc.
· Oversee and monitor annual re-certifications for properties.
· Making hiring decisions to ensure an employee is in the right seat.
· Assessing property needs by evaluating staff performance.
· Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills with a helpful/service-based attitude.
Acquires strong problem-solving abilities, synthesizing multiple opinions and recommend solutions.
Managing, Scheduling, and inspecting apartment maintenance, property marketing, and property insurance.
Strong supervisory, personnel management and organizational skills
Communicate clearly and verbally
Demonstrate a professionalism, strong self-confidence, initiative, and independent judgment
Takes action with appropriate urgency, empathy, and enthusiasm
Additional Qualifications:
Must have Affordable Housing Experience
Permanent Supportive Housing experience
HUD experience necessary
LIHTC
Supervising the management of multiple properties (Required)
Managing staff (Required)
Yardi Voyager experience (Required)
Proficient Knowledge of California Property Management Policies and Procedures
Education:
Certification in Fair Housing (Preferred)
Real Estate License (Preferred)
