Showing homes to clients that are potentially seeking to purchase or rent a home, by appointments, that are scheduled by a licensed Real Estate Agent, in Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley and/or Santa Clarita Valley areas.

Minimum pay for showing one or two properties in close proximity shall be $60, showing three to four properties $100 and the total pay will go up if more than four properties are shown on the same day, etc.

(If the property location is out of the area, gas and travel time compensation, shall be provided).
Also Applicants with a valid Real Estate license may have the opportunity to expand and grow into other positions, such as a Transaction Coordinator or an Associate Real Estate Agent, Administrative Assistant, if and when expansion opportunities arise.
