Our carefully curated portfolio of 40+ properties are in pedestrian friendly, most desirable urban markets of the LA metropolitan area.
Our Unfurnished Leasing Agents are outgoing, and relationship focused with a strong customer service background, and team player attitude.
To succeed in the role, you must be self-motivated, ambitious, organized, and have strong time management skills.
Our Unfurnished Leasing Agents will be accepting qualified leads from our Inside Sales team, they will be contacting prospective clients to schedule an appointment to tour our units, helping our prospects with the application process and securing leases.
Our Leasing Coordinators team supports our leasing agents by handling the screening process, managing the execution of the lease and move-in requirements.
*ENGAGEMENT DETAILS* * Communicate information regarding our neighborhoods and apartments to potential residents and tour units * Must adhere to Fair Housing laws and Veritas Investments leasing policies and procedures * Must act as a liaison and assists prospects through the application, leasing, and move-in process, including all related paperwork * Track and manage leads that will lead to the leasing of apartments * Develop deep knowledge of our rental process and Los Angeles Neighborhoods and translate that into successful sales interactions (i.
e.
, schedule an apartment showing).
* Work collaboratively with the internal office staff and other departments to exceed our occupancy goals and objectives * Provide detailed information to clients about Los Angeles neighborhoods * Must be reliable, high attention to detail, self-motivated, and self-managing * Must have the ability to work well with diverse individuals *WHO YOU ARE * * We’re looking for the best agents who put clients first and are driven to win in their career.
Active and unrestricted real estate license * You’ve done multi-family leasing in Los Angeles over the last two years * You have a proven track record of winning clients over, closing deals and earning referral business.
* You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills * You embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently * You deliver excellent customer service and have great interpersonal communication skills * You have high energy, sales and customer service driven *QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE* * Holds a CA Real Estate License * Bachelor’s degree required * Deep knowledge of Los Angeles rental laws * Ability to communicate effectively and develop relationships quickly * Leasing, sales and closing skills * Practical working knowledge and experience in leasing, customer service or real estate industry or related fields preferred * Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to interact both internally with colleagues cross-functionally and externally with prospective tenants required * Excellent customer service skills * Proven time management and organizational skills and great attention to detail * Computer and MS Office literacy (CRM experience is a plus)Strong communication skills verbal and written *WORKING CONDITIONS* * 100% travel around Los Angeles * Have the ability to tour units, which may include walking up and down stairs.
