The Role
Amped Kitchens is actively seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive customer engagement and build community.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and professional, with a passion for food and small businesses.
Specific Accountabilities:
Sales & Leasing: Lead prospective tenants on building tours.
Assist in sales follow-ups and closing.
Keep excellent notes in our CRM system.
Community-Building: Working with our Marketing team to send regular updates to our clients and broader community.
Provide on-the-ground coordination for special events, including building mixers.
Customer Service: Help tenants find great solutions to their needs.
Connect them to resources inside and outside of Amped to help drive success and satisfaction.
Front Office: Welcome Amped’s customers and visitors.
Set a positive, energetic tone for the community every day.
Answer direct calls and emails.
Office Management: General office tasks including managing tenant keycards and access, mail sorting, document scanning, word processing, organization.

Qualifications
Sales experience a plus
Customer service experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Passion for the local food scene
Proficiency in AppFolio is a plus
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
Compensation
$22-26/hour.
Competitive OTE/bonus.
