An Accredited Property Management Organization seeks a willing and capable Administrative Assistant.
This is a full-time position located in the corporate office to support all staff and resident managers by processing applications, reviewing lease documents, and preparing written tenant correspondence.
We are seeking a polished candidate with at least 2-3 years of comparable experience (some college education preferred), exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel and Outlook), excellent organizational skills, time-management skills, outstanding customer service skills, professional, dependable, and trustworthy.
Previous experience in property management, other related fields, or Real Estate Sales License is a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
* Answer phone calls and emails from Resident Managers
* Investigate and resolve tenant matters
* Assist with application intake, verification, and screening
* Lease document review for compliance
* Preparing tenant responses and property notices
* Preparing legal documents
* Special projects as assigned
* Filing
Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and/or property management required
* Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral
* Customer service and detail oriented
* Good time-management skills, ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience with AppFolio Software
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen, and have a reliable vehicle, with valid driver's license and insurance.
Compensation includes an annual salary of over $54,000 including the yearend bonus, additionally, employees are provided with health care benefits after employment of 3 months’ probation period.
