We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Showing Agent to assist with property showings and client interactions.
This position offers a structured yet flexible work environment, with a strong focus on individual performance and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities: * Conducting property showings and providing prospective tenants with application links.
* Engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
* Maximizing income opportunities through diligent work and client engagement.
Requirements: * Must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation.
* Sales experience is a definite plus, but not mandatory.
Compensation: Compensation options include a per-close rate of $275 to $300, paid weekly, with room for growth, or an hourly rate of $20 plus $75 per close.
