*Qualifications:*
· Must have active an NMLS Mortgage Originator License
· 2 Years Minimum previous experience as a Loan Officer
· Understanding of local, state and federal loan regulations
· Familiarity with loan origination software
· Must maintain an average quarterly funding volume of 3 units per month
*Responsibilities:*
· Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large
· Assist and guide clients through the loan application process and provide them with information on available loan options
· Pull and analyze credit, review income and asset documents, and structure loans
· Collect necessary documentation such as pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements
· Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions
· Maintain knowledge of current lending regulations and compliance standards
*Pay:*
· Basis Points per funding for loans originated in your name
· Sign on Bonus available for employees who fund their first eligible loan within 45 days of hire date (details available upon interview)
