Roving Property Manager- Needed- Now Hiring!!! (South Los Angeles)

A property manger is needed to manage multiple buildings in the South Los Angeles area.
The manager is required to live at one of the buildings being managed.

Overview of Duties and Requirements: • Rent Collection • Posting of notices • Scheduling of maintenance requests • Advertise, market and lease of vacant units • Other duties assigned by manager • A minimum of 1 year of property management living at the property • Experience managing a building with 50+ units (Managing multiple buildings is a plus) • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience in Yardi or property management proprietary software a major plus • GED or HS Diploma • Driver's license is a MUST • Car that is reliable is a MUST • Bilingual in Spanish Preferred Pay/Benefits and Schedule: • $3200-3800/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction from salary.
• Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage) • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance • Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts • Available after hours and weekends for emergencies We are an equal opportunity employer.
