Drive around, take pictures, ask questions - Property Management Assistant Property Manager looking for some help.
We are looking for some help with odd jobs including: Take pictures of work completed by contractors to make sure it was done right Talking to tenants to find out what is broken and take pictures of the problem Running errands Do a Facetime or other video call with us Deliver documents to tenants Get signatures and email the documents to us Etc.
Ideal candidate would be: Professional Respectful Able to understand instructions and carry them out effectively Able to scan documents and email them back to us Able to work unsupervised.
Able to take notes Detail oriented.
Dependable Trustworthy Work hours are flexible.
Some weekends, some evenings, usually can work around your schedule.
Must have reliable transportation.
You don’t have to be everything in the list, most importantly we’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, reliable and has common sense.
Bonus points if you can light a stove pilot, turn an occasional screw.
We don’t need you to fix stuff but it helps if you are a little handy.
$18/hour.
We will need you to invoice your work as an independent contractor.
This is not full-time, nor part-time employment.
This is temporary work, when needed.
