Leasing Manager

Are you a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for leadership and real estate? If so, we want you to be a key player in our Los Angeles based client’s growing organization as a Leasing Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the success of our leasing division.
This role is FULLY remote and has Pacific Time Zone working hours.
Responsibilities: Provide effective leadership to leasing staff.
Recruit, train, and mentor leasing professionals.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Implement and optimize leasing systems and procedures.
Monitor leasing activities to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Set and communicate leasing performance goals and KPIs.
Regularly assess team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Take corrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are met.
Participate in the hiring process for leasing staff.
Facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of leasing professionals.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Address escalated concerns from tenants, owners, or prospective tenants.
Act as a point of contact for individuals seeking to speak with a supervisor.
Implement a robust reporting system to track and analyze leasing performance.
Generate regular reports on key metrics and present findings to senior management.
Other duties as assigned Requirements: Proven (2-4 years) experience in leasing or property management.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong understanding of leasing processes, systems, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs.
Salary: 60K-80K plus Bonus Benefits: PTO and 401K
