Property Manager- Roving- Now Hiring (South Los Angeles)

Calling all property managers!!! An established property management company is seeking a MOTIVATED individual to the join the team.
We are currently seeking a roving property manager to manage multiple buildings in the South Los Angeles area.
The manager would live on-site at one of the properties managed and manage the others within a short distance away.
Duties: • Collection of rent • Post notices as needed • Oversee maintenance requests and schedule • Marketing and advertising vacant units • Complete and review applications and leases • Drive and visit properties on a daily basis • Other duties as needed Requirements: • A minimum of 1 year of property management experience managing 30+ units preferred • Experience managing multiple properties is a PLUS • Experience with software, MS Office desired • GED or HS Diploma • Valid CA Driver's license, this is a MUST • Dependable car, , this is a MUST • Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred Schedule/Compensation: • Full Time- Mon-Fri- 8a-5p (available after hours and weekends for emergencies) • Cannot be combined with any other work • $3200-3800/month gross salary (rent will be deducted), Depending on experience We are an equal opportunity employer.
