* Conduct regular meetings with property owners to provide updates on leasing progress.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners through effective communication and responsiveness.
* Collaborate with the leasing team to optimize property performance and ensure owner satisfaction.
* Provide strategic recommendations to owners for maximizing property value and rental income.
* Address owner inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
* Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry best practices.
*Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred * Proven experience in real estate leasing and owner relations.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management softwares.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $67,000.
