*Property Manager Job Description*
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team at a Student Housing Community at USC.
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring efficient leasing processes, maintaining resident satisfaction, and managing maintenance and financial tasks.
The ideal candidate has previous leasing and property management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Job Type: Full-Time
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day leasing of the Student Housing Community, ensuring efficient leasing processes, resident satisfaction, and property maintenance.
* Responsible for marketing efforts including outreach marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
* Review and approve rental applications, conduct lease signings, and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
* Address resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
* Enforce property rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
* Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management, including fair housing requirements.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certifications in property management preferred.
* Previous experience in property management, preferably in student housing or multifamily residential properties.
* Strong knowledge of leasing processes, fair housing regulations, and property maintenance best practices.
* Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
* Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws governing property management.
