Job duties include: \* Leasing apartments \* Posting and maintaining all vacancy listings \* Presenting rental surveys & comps for each vacancy \* Posting ads, showing units (photography and people skills are vital) \* Following up on all leads \* Vetting of prospective tenant financials and employment history \* Updating vendors on unit and building issues as well as coordinating with the team to ready for new tenants You must have your own car, as driving is required.
Tech skills, a good eye, attention to detail are a plus.
The ability to listen and to thrive in a high pressure environment is essential.
