NOW HIRING!!! Property Manager- Hawthorne Area (Hawthorne)

Is this position for you? A motivated property manager is needed to manage multiple properties.
The manager will visit the properties on a daily basis and the manager will live at one of the properties managed.
The properties are located in the Hawthorne area.

What Will You Do? • Collect Rent • Collect Delinquencies • Generate and Post notices as needed • Review maintenance service requests and schedule • Advertise, market and lease vacant units • Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants What Is Needed? • 1 year of onsite property manager experience, managing up to 30+ units is preferred • Experience managing multiple properties is a plus • Valid CA Driver's license, this is a MUST • Reliable vehicle to be used on a daily basis, this is a MUST • Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations • GED or HS Diploma • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus What Is The Pay? • $3000-3800/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
• Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage) • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance What Is The Schedule? • Full Time • Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts • Available after hours and weekends for emergencies We are an equal opportunity employer.
