JOB TITLE: Residential Manager/ Leasing Agent CATEGORY OF EMPLOYMENT/CLASSIFICATION: Part-time DEPARTMENT: Property Management SUMMARY: A fantastic opportunity is available at an established real estate and property management company on the Westside of Los Angeles.
Our properties are professionally managed, well maintained and have excellent rental and eye appeal.
This position is for immediate hire, and we will train the right candidate.
This position includes reduced rent, plus salary and rental bonuses.
LOCATION: As per the need of the service, generally work is at the residences or in the community.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Overseeing the property management of residential apartment building • Rent Collection • Maintenance Supervision • Leasing apartments for rent • Property Inspections • Advertisement REQUIRMENTS: • Excellent communication skills both written and oral • Basic computer skills • Attention to detail, team mentality and positive attitude.
