On Site Residential Property Manager

On-Site Property Manager for 80 units Seeking Property Manager to live on-site with at least three years of management/maintenance experience with references.
Compensation will be a Studio apartment plus $500 monthly salary.
Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Property Manager's responsibilities included in the rent credit + salary: -Collect rent -Move-in and Move-out inspection -Handle tenant complaints -Serving notices -Enforcement of apartment rules -Maintain common areas clean -Oversee outside vendors -Clean vacant units \*\*Additional compensation for painting and flooring work at discounted rates to be discussed.
