12, 2024 Job Summary: About the Role & Program Are you curious about a career in Real Estate? We are looking for a teammate who exemplifies a positive and engaging personality to work alongside industry professionals on the Space & Occupancy Management team.
You will assist with special projects and opportunities for growth while learning the various phases of workspace tracking, analysis, and planning.
Incorporating industry-standard technology systems, this innovative team continuously enhances its processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
If selected for this position, you will report directly to the Manager of Space & Occupancy.
What You Will Do As an intern you will have the opportunity to collaborate with business units such as Transaction Management, Design & Delivery, Portfolio Management, and Operations, to provide support including: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and finding opportunities to improve data collection, maintenance, and analysis Responding to any workplace-related inquiries from partners and following up on critical date information/timelines Assembling comprehensive presentations for senior management using PowerPoint Conducting space audits, assigning room numbering, occupancy tracking, crafting and maintaining AutoCAD files Ad hoc projects such as benchmarking efforts to establish performance metrics and organizational targets Required Qualifications & Skills Related experience including design, strategy development, architecture, finance, asset management, and/or client services within a corporate real estate or facilities environment Design experience, specifically with AutoCAD Proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint with previous presentation skills Ability to take accurate direction from team members with outstanding organization, follow-up, and prioritization skills A strong professional and interpersonal communicator who can establish relationships with clients, partners, and executive leadership Ability to handle confidential information while supporting the development and implementation of real estate strategies Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple priorities, identifying solutions through critical thinking and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with industry-standard databases, particularly Tririga Experience with data analytics Education Currently enrolled senior or graduated within the past six months majoring in Design, Architecture, Business, Engineering, or a closely related field Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) before participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at the time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program Additional Information The approximate dates of this internship are June 2024 – January 2025 This internship is located in Burbank, CA Fully available to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship Able to provide own housing and provide/have reliable transportation to/from work Disability accommodation for employment applications The Walt Disney Company and its Affiliated Companies are Equal Employment Opportunity employers and welcome all job seekers including individuals with disabilities and veterans with disabilities.

The pay rate for this role in California is $21.
70 per hour.
