Consumer Loan Officer

Full-time position FINAL FILING DATE: OPEN UNTIL FILLED The Beverly Hills City Employees FCU is seeking an experienced consumer loan officer.
His/Her duties includes but not limited to the following JOB SUMMARY: Process loan.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct loan interviews.
Cross sell Credit Union products and services.
Assist in developing loan marketing programs.
Market and cross-selling Credit Union products and services to members.
Determine credit-worthiness of prospective borrowers.
Processing loan requests including credit background reference checking.
Conduct consumer loan education member seminars.
REQUIREMENTS: Experience should include a minimum of three (3) years of consumer lending in a credit union or banking environment.
Secured or unsecured, real estate equity line of credit (HELOC) and automotive loan experience required.
Complete knowledge of consumer lending laws and regulations.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Reliance a plus.
Salary commensurate with experience.
