This role oversees the area brokerage offices’ operations and P & L including: recruits, develops and manages sales associates, and office staff; handles listing agreements and negotiations and contract issues; handles client concerns; assists sales associates through any part of the listing to sale process as needed; and conducts sales meetings.
Responsible for office and sales associate licensing with the appropriate state authority.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Co-manages the sales associate recruitment process for brokerage office.
Establishes and manages recruiting goals for brokerage office.
Identifies potential sales associates in the marketplace to recruit.
Co-manages sales associate retention.
Identifies sales associates and office staff that are potential flight risks.
Consults with immediate manager and Corporate team to develop and implement a retention strategy to retain the top producers and performers.
Partners with Corporate resources such as marketing, human resources and finance to implement appropriate sales and office administrative training programs.
Handles sales contract issues & customer concerns and complaints.
Elevates issues to leadership team when necessary.
Facilitates sales associate reviews & development/coaching process.
Identifies bottom quartile sales associates.
Develops and manages development plans for bottom quartile sales associates: Buddy system, Mentor program, Sharing desks, and Termination.
Ensures sales associates needs and concerns are being addressed and met.
Creates a productive and harmonious working environment.
Establishes and monitors office level marketing programs.
Complies with the SIR marketing guidelines.
Helps manage the offices’ P&L to ensure profitability.
Partners with the finance department to review P&L and identifies expense changes needed to ensure profit and retention goals are achieved: EBITDA target, Closed gross profit increase, and Year-end percentage retained.
Handles special projects and requests as required (providing sales trend data, planning social functions for sales associates, etc.
)
Conducts sales meetings.
Interacts with local real estate board and guide sales associate’s brokerage activity in accordance to local customs and established procedures.
Required Experience:
Experienced in all aspects of residential real estate transactions with 3-5 years of sales experience; knowledge of sales contracts and procedures; hold active local real estate or broker’s license.
Preference for real estate legal background.
Proven management success, including recruiting, training and inspiring awesome teams.

Compensation Range:
$140,000 - $150,000 ; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
