Real Estate cold-calling / prospecting / appointment setter (Beverly Hills)

Job Description: Highly experienced real estate team (over 80 years combined (btwn 3 agents)) looking for energetic, highly motivated, self-starter lead generator to conduct outbound lead generation activities to set appointments.
The experience one will receive on our team will be invaluable.
Responsibilities: Track all outbound lead generation activities: from leads→contacts→appointments.
Qualifications: Must have excellent communication skills for cold calling / phone prospecting.
Must be able to leave ego and entitlement completely out of the equation.
Have a friendly, highly professional attitude: Use a positive tone of voice and a sociable attitude to develop a rapport with the listener and bring them into the conversation.
We are looking for applicants who are local, located in Los Angeles, and who can commute to our office in Beverly Hills a few times a week.
Hourly pay with performance bonuses (bonuses based on experience).
Office located in Beverly Hills, 90210.
