Mortgage Doc Drawer

Responsibilities: - Prepare and review mortgage loan documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures - Ensure all required documentation is included in the loan file - Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies - Verify borrower information and review loan terms to ensure accuracy - Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws and regulations - Maintain confidentiality of borrower information and sensitive financial data - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate loan processing - Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers, answering any questions or concerns related to loan documents Qualifications: - Previous experience in mortgage loan processing or related field preferred - Strong knowledge of mortgage industry terminology, including FNMA guidelines, TILA regulations, and loan origination processes - Familiarity with underwriting principles and practices - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to mortgage servicing and financial services - Strong math skills for calculating loan amounts, interest rates, and other financial calculations - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
