We’re looking for a high energy, detail oriented, personable + friendly Real Estate Executive Assistant to show houses and handle behind the scenes details of real estate transactions! This is a multi-faceted unique role for someone who loves interacting with people, preparing and showing beautiful luxury homes, and enjoys being in-and-out of houses + engaging with people all day!
Our ideal candidate has experience providing above-and-beyond client care and has a true love for real estate.
You’re adept at handling diverse responsibilities + multi-tasking + being responsive and flexible.
Tasks can vary from answering phones/emails to preparing houses for showings to showing houses to participating in property inspections.
A pro at organization and calendaring, you’re able to self-manage your time to maximize your day while also working with a collaborative and supportive team.
Please note that this is a full-time non-remote position, with a significant portion of your responsibilities taking place on-site at our listings.
Compensation:
$65,000
Responsibilities:
Answer office phone line and general office email inquiries, memorizing key details to be able to quickly answer questions
Schedule and show sale and lease properties, providing feedback to clients and following up with attendees to gauge interest
Act as the primary point of contact for leases between Broker, client, and potential applicants
Coordinate vendors to obtain quotes for listing preparation and manage contracted vendors to ensure the work is fully completed on time and on budget
Schedule open house hosts, restock open house supplies, and occasionally host open houses
Liaise between the Broker and clients, utilizing your judgment to analyze whether something can be independently handled while understanding when to flag concerns/issues to the Broker
Assist with miscellaneous errands (buying last minute items from Target, drop off mail at the post office, etc.
) and deliver client gifts
Support the Broker and perform other ad hoc projects as requested
Qualifications:
Upbeat personality with naturally warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
Exceptional communication and people skills
Detail oriented and expert at following through
Able to think a few steps ahead, anticipating and preparing for next steps
Ability to manage third party vendors (painters, landscapers, cleaners, repair technicians, inspectors, etc.
)
Handy problem solver (you know how to change a light bulb, troubleshoot why the printer isn’t working, etc.
)
No-job-is-too-small attitude (hang riders on lawn signs, pull in trash cans before showings, etc.
)
Tech savvy
Prior experience in real estate is preferred, but not required
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license required
Has a real estate license or open to obtaining a real estate license
