*About You* We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-centric, and dynamic *Leasing Consultant* to join our Hollypark Knolls team in Inglewood, California.
Hollypark Knolls Apartments has 384 Units with guard access in an 18-acre gated community that has been extensively renovated.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home and ensuring a smooth leasing process.
Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floor plan to outlining the best neighborhood restaurants.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service, and has a proven track record of success in the property management industry.
*What You'll Do:* * Greet and engage with prospective residents, providing excellent customer service throughout the leasing process * Conduct property tours, showcasing available units and amenities * Assist prospective residents with completing lease applications and necessary paperwork * Conduct background checks and verify income to determine eligibility for residency, including familiarity with fair housing regulations * Provide accurate and current information about the property, including floor plans, pricing, and lease terms * Follow up with prospective residents to answer questions, address concerns, and negotiate lease terms * Maintain organized and accurate leasing files, ensuring all required documentation is completed and filed appropriately * Collaborate with the property management team to ensure resident satisfaction and retention * Remain current on fair housing regulations and laws to ensure compliance in all leasing activities *What You Offer:* * Minimum 1-2 years of residential property management experience or equivalent sales and customer service background.
* Available to work 40 hours per week to include Saturdays.
(_*No Sundays as the property is closed*_) * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with current and prospective residents.
* Excellent sales skills, including the ability to effectively communicate the value of the property and close leases.
* Strong administrative and organization skills, including attention to detail.
* Knowledge of fair housing regulations and laws to ensure compliance in all leasing activities.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment * Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) * Bilingual in English & Spanish is a huge plus.
* Reliable transportation, valid Driver's license and automobile insurance.
