ON-SITE RESIDENT MANAGER NEEDED (2869 San Marino St.) (Los Angeles)

We are actively seeking an on-site apartment manager for our 20 unit apartment building in Ktown.
Job Responsibilities: -Live at 2869 San Marino St.
, Los Angeles, CA 90006 -Availability to tour potential tenants for one 30 minute window 3 to 4 days a week on some weekdays/nights and at least one weekend day when there are vacancies -Create, print and post notices as needed on tenant’s doors -Conduct tenant move-in and move-out inspections (fill out check list/take pictures) -Give vendors access to building when necessary if you are home or arrange key in lock-box -Walk building once a week to inspect for any deficiencies Requirements for this position: -Live at the building -This is a part time position - should not exceed more than 5 - 10 hours per month (less when no vacancies to show) -Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control and customer service -Must be detail-oriented and organized and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff and management.
Compensation: 1/3 discount off the rent (so if rent is $1,325, you pay only $883.
