We are looking for a dedicated hard-working office assistant for our real estate development company.
No experience necessary, we are prepared to train you for this position.
We want someone who is looking for growth in the real estate industry and has a strong interest in real estate, construction, and development preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
* Communicate with all employees and executive
* Run basic office errands
* Manage office calendars and set up meetings
* Restock and Organize office supplies
* Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
* Attend meetings and take notes of discussion
* Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
* Organize and maintain the office filing system
* Maintain various records and documents for company executives
* Maintain confidential and sensitive information
* Assisting with transactions, loans, and other real estate related activities
* Working alongside Real estate agents and leasing agents helping with administrative duties
Requirements:
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.
g.
e-calendars and copy machines)
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Preferred computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
* A team player
* Ability to multi-task effectively
* Good customer service skills

* Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
