Papillon for good safe home only (Santa Monica)

Sweet loving papillon male for good home only.
Only asking a small rehoming fee to reassure he is in good hands.
I am not able to keep him and want him to have a better life.
Would prefer a family with kids but anyone who is able to love and support him.
He mostly sleeps alot but can go on long walks and is very sweet and mild mannered.
Does not bark unless he needs to.
He is about 7 years old.
