Looking to hand raise new born parakeets (West Los Angeles)

Hello.
I am looking to hand rear a few parakeets to make them the best tame pets for my kiddos.
As you all know, raising a pet by hand is easier than taking a wild parakeet and training to the tameness one would want for the perfect pet.
So, I am looking to this community for someone with a new clutch of parakeets in the first phase of life.
It is best that I have ones that are less than two weeks old to maximize the tameness.
3 to 4 weeks old can work, too, but I wanted the younger ones so I could help teach my kiddos all about the responsibility of raising a baby.
My kiddos are homeschooled, and this is part of their learning course.
Teaching children the responsibility of having a pet early on is very important.
So, if you can help me out, I would be very appreciative.
