Hello need to be home ASAP (Los Angeles)

Hello I am rehoming my beloved dog Chocolate for a very small rehoming fee.
I love him so much With all my heart, but I found myself in a situation where I can’t keep him anymore.
My current living situation doesn’t allow me to let him live comfortably and I feel very bad for him.
I take him out as much as I can.
I have decided it’s the best for him to find someone who could take better care of him.
He is three years old, very friendly with people and children just other dogs he doesn’t like rather than that.
He’s a very great dog, healthy and great guard dog but yet very friendly.
 Inside the fence or inside the car he protects once he’s outside same person he was barking at on the outside.
Once he’s outside he’ll be very friendly with that same person I love that characteristic about him asking lol rehoming fee just want them to go to a great home.
