rehome (Los Angeles)

I have 4 cats All boys I had left them at a family house but I would go and check on them but this time I went back they were not good anymore so I brought them with me but I can’t even have them at my house or even at my partners.
When we did found a place for them at the end when I had already brought them and got more litter,food and blankets and my partner was gonn do a catio but then we couldn’t do it anymore and I couldn’t have them there anymore and I need them gone by today I’m literally running out of options shelters said they weren’t accepting animals if ya there’s a fee for each one $100 and something my whole check for the other thing’s but I’m jus looking for for them to be at a place I know they would be taken care of I hate to see them go cus I had them since baby but I have to cus I can’t help them anymore but please if anyone can help me I live in the east LA area
