BMW r80g/s Paris Dakar - $18,000 (Venice)

The original dual sport bike.
Not much to say, these are rare bikes and also are rarely for sale.
I have owned this bike for about 6 years and it has been maintained by my airhead mechanic during that time.
I bought it from a mechanic who is well known in the moto community.
From what I can ascertain, it was originally purchased in Northern CA and has been in CA its entire life.
Manual has original BMW service history, which notes a speedo change at 12,765 mi.
From what I can tell, it could use an oil change, front brake flush and minor carb synch.
A dream bike.
