2009 Ranger Tug 21EC - $39,000 (Marina Del Rey)

Selling my 2009 Ranger Tug 21EC.
200 hours Yanmar 30hp diesel engine sips fuel but boat is not very fast.
7knots.
Bow thruster (boat is really easy to maneuver) Toilet with holding tank and macerator (although never used as its location is a little too close to home.
) Nice little fridge with small freezer (great for ice and other cold liquids) Single burner Butane cooktop.
15 gallon tank of freshwater.
Sink with valve that’s connected to a 12v pump that pulls out of the fresh holding tank.
(This sink drains out the side) AC (although it’s 12v so it only works under power.
) Cabin heater (again only works under power) I keep a small ceramic heater/fan and it works perfectly while docked.
Custom built teak rear table perfect for sipping while surfing.
Slip fee is 380 and I spend $150 a month getting the boat cleaned and the bottom scraped/inspected (just had new zincs installed) This is a near perfect little boat that is extremely comfortable for one person or a couple if you like each other(a lot).
Not in a live aboard slip but for a commuter it’s legitimate.
The slip makes it the closest boat (with a cabin)in a slip to the LAX airport, it’s a nice little cruise to restaurants and Trader Joe’s (the only Trader Joe’s with a public dock).
