I helped the current owner buy this boat a year ago in Dec of 2022.
She is a flight attendant and wanted this boat as a crash pad and part time liveaboard to be close to LAX Airport.
Now she has just been transferred to Minneapolis and no longer needs the boat and so she has asked me to help sell it for her.
I'm a local Marina del Rey boating professional and I liveaboard my own boat near this Cruisers, so I'm able to facilitate showings easily.
The previous owner owned this boat for 4 years and had bought it from a guy who used it exclusively in lakes, and kept it on a trailer in Las Vegas.
The boat was brought to Marina del Rey in 2018 and has been here since then, but has likely spent much of it's life in fresh water on lakes.
That owner also lived in Nevada and was using the boat as an LA getaway and a part-time liveaboard for his daughter.
The boat is powered by 2, inboard, Crusader 350 (raw-water-cooled) gas engines with v-drives.
*Note: this is NOT an I/O (stern drive boat!)
The engines are raw water cooled, meaning they don't have a heat exchanger (closed, fresh-water cooling system) but since the boat was used mostly in fresh water, it presumably helped preserve these 33 year-old engines .
I don't know the boat's full history but I know it's been in salt water for the last 5 years here in Marina del Rey.
The engines start and run good.

I have personally started them and heard them run and have driven the boat so I can say they sound good and healthy!
The previous owner stated that the motors had recent maintenance including water pumps, tune-up and new batteries.
*NOTE:
The engine hour gauge currently reads 23 hours.
In my personal and professional opinion, this can't be correct, given the boat's age and condition, so I believe the previous owner replaced the hour gauge when he replaced all the original gauges, sometime prior to selling the boat to current owner.
I would speculate that it has at least 500 hours on it.
As such, the actual engine hours are unknown.
I would advise you to bring a knowledgeable and competent mechanic to inspect engines if there are any doubts as to their condition.
The last haul out for bottom paint was 5 years ago when the boat was purchased by the previous owner, so it is due for bottom paint.
There is some recent (newer) canvas including bimini and cockpit enclosure.
But the isinglass panels are old and probably due for replacement soon.
The galley has an ac/dc fridge, a 2-burner electric/alcohol stove, microwave oven and a double basin stainless steel sink.
There is a u-shaped dinette in the salon opposite the galley.
The table lowers to make an additional bed.
The head has a new manual flushing toilet with a holding tank.
There is a sleeping area in the bow and another one towards the back of the boat under the cockpit area.
This boat DOES NOT HAVE a generator.
